Smart Import
Smart Import merges a JSON file into your bills. Existing bills are updated (matched by vendor name); new bills are added. Nothing gets deleted.
Step-by-step:
Send a screenshot of any bill to Quark in chat.
Click Export here in the toolbar to download your current data.
Send both files (screenie + your export) to Quark in the chat.
Quark sends back a merged JSON file -- save it to your USB.
Come back here and click Choose File below.
Pick Quark's JSON file, review the preview that pops up.
Click Confirm Merge to apply.
Click Summerise in the toolbar to print or verify.
Why use this instead of regular Import?
Regular Import just appends -- you get duplicates if a bill already exists. Smart Import matches by vendor name and updates instead.
